It’s been a while since HTC launched a new smartphone, but that could change soon. At the ongoing GITEX 2025 tech exhibition in Dubai, several new Wildfire series models, including a gaming phone, were spotted on display.
Mobile phone researcher Yasuhiro Yamane shared images of the unannounced HTC phones on Twitter, noting that the company is expected to officially unveil them this fall.
One of the phones shown in the images appears to target gamers, featuring a back panel with red accents. It is powered by a Unisoc T765 chipset and packs a 5,600mAh battery, suggesting it could be marketed as a budget gaming phone.
The device features a 50MP primary rear camera and a 16MP front camera, though other details remain unknown for now.
Other phones said to be part of the Wildfire series were also showcased at the event. Four variants were spotted, each featuring a distinct rear camera module design. Another phone with a rugged design was also showcased.
More details about the upcoming HTC phones are expected to surface in the coming weeks.
